Professional tool for managing service breaks across motorsport
RallyTimer is a modern application built for motorsport teams across all disciplines – rally, motocross, enduro, circuit racing, autocross, rallycross, karting, rally raid, hill climb, drag race, trial and more. It helps you efficiently plan, track, and manage service breaks during races – from scheduling times, through push notifications for mechanics, to a large countdown on a TV screen in the service zone. The app adapts to your sport: for classic rally it counts down a service window (arrival – duration – departure), for motocross, circuit and other disciplines it counts down the cutoff before the start (gate close, pit lane close, grid close, stage start).
RallyTimer is built for every motorsport team – from amateurs to professionals, from regional cups to international championships. If you have a service zone or a pit box and need to know exactly how much time remains until departure, until the grid closes, or until the stage start – RallyTimer is for you. The app is used by mechanics, team managers, riders, and drivers alike.
Create events, enter driver name, co-driver, start number, date, and location. View all events in a clear table with quick access to manage service breaks for each one.
For classic rally you enter the arrival time and window length (e.g. 45 minutes) – the app calculates the departure time. For motocross, circuit and other disciplines you enter the service start time and the cutoff moment (when you must be at the gate, in the pit lane, or on the grid). Each break is color-coded by status – active (green), upcoming (yellow), or completed. Push notifications alert you 5 minutes before it starts.
Connect an Android TV in the service zone or pit box and mechanics can instantly see how much time remains until the end of service or until the cutoff before the start. The screen displays a large countdown (days hours:minutes:seconds), current time, key times tailored to your sport (Arrival/Duration/Departure for rally, or Gate close/Pit lane close/Grid close for other disciplines), team logo, and sponsor logos on the right side. The countdown syncs automatically with the server – just turn on the TV and pair it with your account.
Mechanics receive push notifications on their phone for every service break change (new break, time change, cancellation) and automatically 5 minutes before the crew's planned arrival at the service zone. Notifications also include notes about what needs to be done on the car – so mechanics can prepare before the vehicle arrives.
Install RallyTimer on your phone as a native app directly from the browser – no need to download from Google Play or App Store. Works on both Android and iOS. View all service breaks, countdown, and notifications right in your pocket.
Invite mechanics to your team – each member has their own role. The manager is the team administrator – they create events, breaks, and manage vehicles and members. Mechanics view the overview and receive notifications including notes about what needs to be done on the car, but cannot change times. This ensures nobody accidentally modifies scheduled breaks.
